Minety RFC, in association with the MPFA, is now offering a Membership card to all full members of the club. The card can be used to obtain a discount on items purchased at the bar at Minety and, it is hoped, in future will be able to unlock discounts elsewhere.
In order to obtain a card you must be a full member of Minety RFC and must fill in a form, available from Andrew O’Dell or via pdf download (click here), the text of which can be found below. The form must be returned to Andrew O’Dell.
Membership card Rules.
Welcome to the Minety RFC/MPFA membership card.
This card remains the property of the MPFA. It may be withdrawn at any time without notice. To replace a lost/stolen or misplaced card you will be liable to a replacement charge of £5.00. All lost/stolen or misplaced cards must be reported to the MPFA. The Card is valid from September 2017 until August 2018. The Membership card is to be used by the individual the card is issued to. Cards found to be mis-used by individuals not issued to will be withdrawn. The Membership Card is for use at the MPFA Bar for Members of MRFC only. Further discounted providers/suppliers for the use of the membership card will be announced in the future.
